He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Mary Lewis; and his wife Andi Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Bob Lewis (Megan), Sara Benjamin, Ryan Humphreys (Samantha) and Rex Lewis (Jenny Vasquez); and his grandchildren, Bobby, Chrissy (Tyler), Sierra, Mario, Jr. and Gia. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
