He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra (Shelton); and his parents, Frank Kvach and Anna Kvach (Svec). He is survived by: his children, Tom Jr. (Joanne), Lauren (Fred) and Erin (Favorite); his grandsons, Tom III (Jackie), Tyler (Denise) and Joey; his great grandchildren, Joanna, Amelia and Maverick; and his brother James (Kathy) of Virginia. He is also survived by many loving brothers- and sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Misencik Funeral Home (36363 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (32789 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011).
