She was predeceased by : her parents, William J. Skaggs and Mildred P. Jenkins Skaggs; her husband Homer Evans; her daughter Norma Jean; her granddaughter Bethanie Evans; and her siblings, Shirley Brewer, Dorothy Holbert, Kathleen Holbert, James Skaggs and Albert Skaggs.
She is survived by : her children, Beverly Shoemaker (Mike), David Evans (Pam Lowe) and Kendall Evans (Ann); her grandchildren, Jeremiah Shoemaker (Julie), Amanda Horsley (Cyrus), Daniel Lowe, Wendall Evans, Stephanie Evans and Zeb Evans; her sister Rosella Jenkins; and her close friends, Barb Everhart, Paul and Debbie Robinett. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
