He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Bethel; his children, Storm George (Jason), Shannon Foggin-Bethel and Shelby Hamilton (Nathan); his siblings, Tonni Elliott (Tom), Bryan Bethel (late June), Cindy Eckard (Mike) and Lori Clemmons; his grandchildren, Wesley, Emma, Titus, Kylee, Skylar and Jake; and his siblings' children, Trisha, Caylee, Sunny, Skyler, Wil, Corey, Kandis, Tiffany, Ryan and Terry. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, many cousins, friends and family.
