He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Rhoads and Emma Rhoads (Warren); his former life partner Ruth Ann Rhoads (Sanford); his wife Doris Lucille Rhoads (Kinnison); his son Timothy Rhoads; his stepdaughter Loretta Carol Pence; and his siblings, Catherine Raypole, Dora Hunt, Mary Lou Douglas, Florence Elaine Mutter and Richard Rhoads.
He is survived by : his daughters, Deborah Radcliffe of Bainbridge, Melanie Mick (Michael) of Greenfield and Lisa Brown (Patrick) of Piketon; his stepchildren, Linda Carter of Cynthiana, Sherry Hatfield of Morgantown, Darla Price of Wilmington and Roger Hatfield of Alabama; and his siblings, Clifford "Junior" Rhoads of Pomeroy and Linda Howerton of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
