She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Johnson and Mary Alice Johnson (Bainter); her son Mike Hafer; her grandson Bradley Hafer; and her great grandchild Rocky Rutherford.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Hafer (Mary) of Bainbridge, Mary Kay Lyons (Tim) of Greenfield, Mickey Foster of Bainbridge and Lissa Simmons (Floyd) of South Salem; her grandchildren, Amanda Hafer, Cassie Lyons, Tim Lyons Jr. (Erin), Britnee Keech, Jeffree Lewis, Codee Lewis (Tosha), Ashley Vangundy (Zach Atwood) and Ashton Simmons; and her sister-in-law Vicki Holt of South Salem. She is also survived by thirty great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home (380 Jefferson St, Greenfield, OH 45123). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
