He is survived by : his children, Mark Wagoner of Bainbridge and Mickey Smith (Dawn) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Shawn and Katie Smith; his siblings, Paulin Chaney of Richmond, IN and Billy Wagoner of Hillsboro; and his nieces and nephews, Dusty and Doug Wagoner.
