It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Alan VanGundy of Bainbridge, Ohio, born in Fayette County, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father John Jacob VanGundy; his wife Sayward VanGundy (Ryder); and his son Wyatt VanGundy. He is survived by : his mother Darlene VanGundy (Hunt); his children, Jordy VanGundy (Katie), Tia Portis (Carlos), Cody, Sophia and Christopher VanGundy; his grandchildren, Noah, Benny, Hailey, Connor VanGundy, Evon and Mia Portis; his sister Crystal Samsel (Darryn); and his close friend Josh Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
