He is survived by: his children, Norman R. Woodgeard, Jr. (Stefanie), Shannon'Niki' Coblentz (Richard Earley), Tara Neiter (Mike Givens), Jacob Smith and John Smith (Beth); his grandchildren, Makenzie McNeal, Brooklynn Woodgeard, Colt Fuller, Jack Kessler, Wyatt Coblentz, Hudson Coblentz, Lyla Neiter, Eli Neiter, Gospel Grace Givens, Kincade Givens, Kaydance Givens and Killian Givens; his great grandchildren, Brynlee McNeal, Adalynn McNeal, Oaklynn McNeal and Riverlee White; and his siblings, Kathy Latimer (Larry), Joe Woodgeard, Hazel Woodgeard and Crystal Woodgeard.
