She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kellough and Bertha Kellough (Williamson); her husband Billy Franklin Gragg; her son Rodney Gragg; and her siblings, Beatrice Phipps, Anna Davis, Marcella Shoemaker, Everett and Willard Kellough.
She is survived by: her son Marty Gragg (Sue); her daughter-in-law Dawna Gragg; her grandchildren, Sasha Cooper (Jason) and John Gragg; and her siblings, Carolyn Miller, Linda Cockrell (Gary), Robert Kellough (Sharon) and Keith Kellough. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
