He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Mark and Blanche Mark (Ward); his wife Virginia "Ginnie" A. Bethel; and his siblings, Jean Hertenstien, Julia Ann Tillis, Jane Mark, Donna Kellough, Clara Byers, Buddy, Ronnie, Sam, Dale and William "Bill" Mark.

He is survived by: his brother Tommy Mark; and his close friends, Daniel and Serena DeGarmo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
