He is survived by: his mother Barbara Crosby (Kelsey); his wife Rosie B. Holloway (Smith); his children, Amy Jo Black (Eli), Nicholas Gallimore (Lani), Rebecca Holloway and Shawna Thompson (Kyle); his grandchildren, Kaylynn Thompson, Ashtin Dietrich (Philip), Sasha Mason, Willow and Saya Gallimore; his great grandchild Ace; his siblings, Vicky Shepherd (Ron) and Jeff Gallimore (Tina); his pet Little Bit; and his siblings-in-law, Donie and Doris Smith. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
