She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Linklater and Dorothy "Ruth" Linklater. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Berger, Jr.; her children, Katy McGrath (Michael), Sara Craig (Ryan) and Gordon Berger (Kathy Berta); her siblings, Nancy Polansky (Walter) and Richard "Bruce" Linklater (Karen); her grandchildren, Kaitlin Caniglia (Colin), Rourke McGrath, Rowan Craig and Claudia Berta; and her great grandchild Clare Caniglia.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St John Funeral Home - Bainbridge Township (16381 Chillicothe Rd, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pioneer Memorial Church (35100 Solon Rd, Solon, OH 44139).
