He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Flannery and Eva Flannery (Eldrige); his daughter Teresa Flannery; his grandson Bradley Kinnett; and his son-in-law Steve Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Flannery; his children, Tom Flannery, Lora Davis (Richard Hilderbrandt) and Melinda Lea Chandler; his grandchildren, Mike, Andrew, Craig Flannery, Robert, Scott Chandler, Matthew Kinnett and Kiley Davis; and his niece Pam Hamilton (Cindy Dean). He is also survived by extended family and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hillsboro First Baptist Church (8080 OH-124, Hillsboro, OH 45133). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
