Lower of Bakersville, Ohio, born in Coshocton, Ohio, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lower and Erma Lower (Nelson); his wife Nellie Lower (Robinson); his siblings-in-law, Frank and Mary Robinson; his granddaughter Brittany Bennington; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Lower, Bernice Harstine (Paul) and Carl Robinson.

He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Specht (Tim), Jerry Lower (Lois) and Kim Bennington (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jennifer Chapman (Chris), Danielle Wilson (Fred), Brooke Miceli (Cory), Kyle Lower (Alexis), Brock Bennington, Sarah Wheeler (Jared) and Bethany Green (Daren); his great grandchildren, Brodie, Emma Wheeler, Allyson Blake (Jordon), Grace Chapman (Ben), Madison, Brendan Chapman, Conner, Colton, Cassie Miceli, Hunter, Maci Green, Paige Lower and Ella Downey; his great great grandchildren, Diana Blake and Cedar Chapman; his siblings, Richard Lower and Diana Karr; and his sister-in-law Lavone Robinson.
