He is survived by: his wife Bick; his sons, Nathan Miller (Sheridan) of Sugarcreek, Seth Miller of Sugarcreek and Erik Miller; and his siblings, Paul Miller (Katie) of Baltic, Sharon Miller of Sugarcreek, Linda Dotson of Cardington, Naomi Yoder (Dave) of Sugarcreek and Lynn Miller (Linda) of Sugarcreek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
