She is survived by: her mother Jewell Collier; her children, Gary Courtney of Reynoldsburg, OH., Rick Courtney (Josh) of Baltimore, OH., Crystal Courtney of Baltimore, OH. and Mike Courtney (Cindy) of Baltimore, OH.; her grandchildren, Tanner Turner (Jessica), Mya Howard (Jake), Mikaela Knox (Hunter), Justin Hochradel (Tyler), Michael Courtney and Brianna Collier; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Gracie and Charlotte; her siblings, Ada Searles (James), Juanita Curnell (Bob), Cathy Benson (Harry) and Ron Collier; and her nephew Jeff Cottrill.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home - Baltimore (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105).
