We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 89, Dexter D. Armstrong of Baltimore, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ottie Armstrong and Evah Armstrong; and his siblings, Rex, Max Armstrong, Mary Lou Gibbs, Ann Armstrong, Evon Taylor and Barbara Armstrong.

He is survived by : his children, Stacey Dorfman (Douglas) of New Jersey, Tracey Bower (Jeff) of Pennsylvania and Dean Armstrong (Sarah) of Baltimore. He is also survived by many grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
