He was predeceased by: his mother Becky Woltz. He is survived by: his father Harold Woltz; his siblings, Marcia Brown of Lancaster, Karen Woltz of Baltimore and Greg Woltz (Shirley) of Lancaster; his niece Teresa Fuller (family: Jennifer Wildermuth); and his nephew Jeff Woltz (Cincinnati).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home - Lancaster (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
