He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Neeley and Ida Marie Neeley of Millersport. He is survived by: his wife Janet Jenkins; his children, Martha Marie Valadez (Frank) and Paul Lindsay Neeley (Yilin Cindy); and his grandchildren, Janet Romo Bridgett (Devhan) and Kyle Neeley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home - Baltimore (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
