She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Giesy and Florence Giesy (Hite). She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her significant other Robert Kistler; her daughters, Deborah Barnes (Tim) and Katherine Heimerl (Jim); and her grandchildren, Chad Barnes, Shane Barnes (Kim), Casey Van Schoyck (Matt), Matt Heimerl (Rachel), Brad Heimerl, Jeff Heimerl and Caitlyn Heimerl. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home - Baltimore (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home Chapel (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105).
