He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Agosta and Dona Agosta (Mattox); his wife Mary Jo Agosta; his siblings, Charles, Paul, Daniel, Pat, Dwayne, Robert Agosta, Mary Brown, Lena Groff, Virginia Staten and Alvera Dickson; and his stepsons, Jeffery Darfus and Phillip Darfus.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Agosta (Angela) and Julie Amiet; his sister Donna Kitchen; and his stepchildren, Debbie Westhoven (Buzz) of Lancaster, Jeannie Solomon (Jim) of Glenford, Sally Miller (James) of Pleasantville, Ohio, Jerry Darfus (Jayne) of Laurelville, John Darfus of Lancaster, Todd Darfus (Shelly) of Alexandria and Keith Darfus of California.
