She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Pennington and Edith Pennington (Summers); her husband George; and her siblings, Beatrice Webster, Frank Pennington, Herb Pennington and Constance Green.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Seymour (Donnie) of Baltimore, Lisa Arms (Mark) of Gallipolis and Shawn Clegg (Shannon) of Circleville; her grandchildren, Adam Lanthorn (Kaitlin), Danielle Krumlauf (Lee), Lindsey Sterzik (Matt), Alli Arney (Roy), Jondah Danner, Destiny Clegg, Sarah Schleppi (Shawn), Isaac Clegg and Timothy Clegg (Hannah); and her sister Carolyn Hennis of Galloway. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
