He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Coulter and Juanita Coulter (Guge); his wife Marie Kathleen Berger; and his close friend Marie. He is survived by: his children, Greg A. Coulter (Melissa), Stephen L. Coulter (Kristel) and Mary Kay Coulter; his brother Charles William Coulter (Bill); and his grandsons, Caleb E. Coulter, Liam S. Coulter, Xavier, Avery and Kendrick King.
