With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy K. Underwood of Baltimore, Ohio, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2026 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Clyde L. Walker. She is survived by: her husband Jon Underwood; her children, Amanda Jones (Ronnie), Justin Smurr, Dylan Underwood and Kaylee Schoor (Connor); her grandchildren, Aiden Jones, Bryce Jones, Caleb Jones, Camdyn Smurr and Boone Underwood; her mother Norma Walker; and her siblings, Jean Graham (David), Sandra Atwood and Robert Walker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and lots of friends.
