She is survived by: her siblings, Jon Stephens and Connie Clifford; her siblings' children, Bruce Livingston, Philip Livingston, Donna Ellas (Rick) and Michelle Johnson (Donnie); the father of her children John Neff; her mother Vivian Clifford (Wells); and her sister Trish Barr.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
