With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vickie L. Starner of Baltimore, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her father John R. Cottrill; and her brother David L. Cottrill. She is survived by: her mother Correna L. Cottrill (Wheeler); her husband Charles; her children, Artie and Allie (Breckenridge); her son-in-law Sam (Breckenridge); her grandchildren, Owen and Amelia (Breckenridge); and her siblings, Mark Cottrill and Teena Tabor.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home - Baltimore (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105).
