He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Paxton and Bertha Paxton (Sliger); his sisters, Delores Patterson and Arlene Paxton; and his son Jamie William.
He is survived by : his wife Gloria Jean (Hughes); his sisters, Patricia Elerick, Joanne Farkas and Midred Burskey; his children, Charles "Tim" Paxton (Kelly) and Mindy Gallagher (Denis Shawn); and his grandchildren, Lacey Paxton, Lindsey Kulpa (Chad), Logan Paxton, Christina Marty (Andrew), Leesa, Brianna, Kiley and Chasity Gallagher.
