He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Gradisher. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his children, Angela Hammond (Josh) and Anthony Gradisher (Angel Prater); his grandchildren, Maya, Sophia, Jack (Giana Hammond) and Anthony Gradisher (Alexis Prater); his father Anthony Gradisher; and his siblings, Jeni Sherman (Mark), Jeff and Terry Gradisher. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
