He was predeceased by: his father Homer Wise; his wife Lillian Wise (Caldwell); and his siblings, Helen, Jane, Claude, George, Jim and Joseph.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Ann Ullom (Chuck), Tammy Lou Fox (Dale) and Lisa Dawn Rogers (Joe); his grandchildren, Jessica, Adrian, Jamie, Samantha, Joey, Mikey and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Rebecka, Norris, Addisyn, Brooklyn, Maya and Keagan; his siblings, Frances Shaw and John Wise; and his friend Betty Dourm.
