With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles J. Sopko (Barberton, Ohio), born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on March 23, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Catherine Sopko and Michael Sopko; and his wife Carol. He is survived by : his children, Charles Sopko (Kathy), Craig Sopko and Christi Beverlin; and his grandchildren, Alisa Herbert (Derek), Amanda Markwalder (Aaron), Kimberly Dye (Patrick), Tyler Beverlin, Nicholas Sopko (Sarah) and Jillian Sopko. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
