He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse F. Burley and Elizabeth J. Burley; and his brother Jesse W Burley. He is survived by: his sons, John of Barberton, Michael of Akron and Matthew (Carol Burley) of Akron; his brother William Burley (Laura); his nephew Ian Burley; and his niece Anna Fling.
