She was predeceased by: her father Verlin Riggs; her brother Keith Riggs; her husband Louis Cook; her grandsons, Jacob Parker and Cyrus; and her stepfather James Smith.
She is survived by: her mother Marion Smith; and her children, Joyce, Brian (Amber), Jennifer (Tracy) and Kenneth (Rhonda). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
