He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Moore and Susan Van Norstran; his siblings' children, Lisa Horvath, Kellie Coday, Staci Williams, Jerry and Michael Van Norstran; and his close friends, Mickie Hobbs, Jeff Schultz, Jerry Cheney and Max. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews; many cousins.
