He was predeceased by: his father Gregory; his brothers, Eric and Kurt; his uncle John; and his grandparents, Josephine and Lawrence Maurer.

He is survived by: his mother Pam; his brother Adam (Amanda); his nephews, Brayden and Blayne; his niece Brooklyn; and his grandmother Judith Parish.

This was made clear as his last wishes were to help others live on through organ donation. The family requests that any donations be made to Weathervane Playhouse or Lifebanc of Ohio.
