Joseph Maier Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Maier (Barberton, Ohio), born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph Maier to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Maier and Dana V. Maier (Pyle); his wife Lois June Maier (Wilsterman); and his granddaughter Claire Elise Miller. He is survived by: his children, Joseph A. Maier (Christine), Julie D. Miller (Derek) and Jill R. Sutter (Scott); his grandchildren, Dayna, Nathan Maier, Sean and Jonathan Sutter; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Wilsterman (Jane) and Carol Rennert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
