She was predeceased by : her husband Ronald Hess Sr.; her father Ivan A. Ward Jr.; her siblings, Daniel, Larry, Don Ward and Teresa Parsons (Ward); her grandson Cory N. Deem; her great grandchildren, Kenneth Deem and Faith Beatty; her sister-in-law Deb Ward (Laughery); her niece Becca Ward; and her mother-in-law Helen Hess.
She is survived by : her mother Shirley A. Ward (Mullens); her brothers, Phillip and Dave Ward; her children, Jennifer Brett Deem (Ward), Misty D. Tanner (Merlin), William J. Carris (Bill) and Lisa Riley; and her grandchildren, Brittany Ward (Caleb), Cary Ann Deem, Susan Beatty (Joe), Kelly Jo Snider (Drew), Autumn Miller (Jay), Ashley Riley, Dakota Carris and Cheyanne Carris (Tom). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
