She was predeceased by: her father Dale Fern; and her brother Robbie Fern (Tammy). She is survived by: her son Michael (Alexis); her cousin Shelly Ruffner; and her grandchildren, Dylan Fern (Destini) and Olivia Calhoun. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.
