Kenneth Rector Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Kenneth Rector (Barberton, Ohio) is shared. Kenneth, born on August 19, 1944, passed away on October 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rector and Marjorie Rector; and his in-laws, James and Mary McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Kenny (Brenda) and Kozy Ries (Charlie); his grandchildren, Erika (Michael), Riley (Andrew), Austin and Zane (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Kenton and Dayton; his siblings, Bill, Sandy, Donna and Chuck; and his siblings-in-law, Trish, Angie, Ava, Jim and Tracy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barberton First Church of Christ (552 Harvard Ave, Barberton, OH 44203). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Barberton First Church of Christ.
