He is survived by: his wife Tamara Duncan (Tammi); his stepchildren, Michael Miller (Christina) and Tara Blake (Matthew); and his grandsons, Wesley, Marshall and Lucas Blake.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Silva-Hostetler Funeral Home (1199 Wooster Rd W, Barberton, OH 44203). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sawyerwood Global Methodist Church.
