We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2023, at the age of 86, Laurence Joseph Karadin of Barberton, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Karadin and Mary Karadin. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his children, Mary Switzer (Mark), John Karadin, Christine Watkins (Brett), Lisa Apynys (John), Stephanie Smith (Eric) and Joseph Karadin (Hsin). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Larry's memory to MAPS Air Museum, where he was a volunteer guide, or the L-T-A Society of which he was a member (blimpinfo.com).
