He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his children, Kim Collins (Scott) and Kelly Alexander (Harry); his grandchildren, Sean, Cole Collins, Nicholas, Kara and Kristina Alexander; his stepsons, Michael Freeman and Earl Nelson; his stepgrandchild Carter Nelson; his sister Patricia Dyrdek (Eugene); his niece Denise Lundsford (Jason); his nephew Rob Dyrdek (Bryiana); and his cousin Terri Pfaff (Andy).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the New Franklin Lodge #803 or to Ohio Living Rockynol's Memory Care Unit.
