She is survived by: her children, Kellie, Jeffery Powell Jr. (Sue), Jennifer Bowling (William), April Rauscher (Kenneth) and Mark Powell; and her siblings, Charlotte, Dale, Pat and Kay. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
