She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Heyden and Rosa Heyden; her sister Veronika; her brother-in-law Klaus Fleischer; her siblings, John, Eugene Heyden and Anna Dick; and her brother-in-law Ernest Hindinger Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Joseph (Joe); her children, Joe and Cindy; her son-in-law Bob; her grandchildren, Andrew and Amy; her brother Tony; her sister-in-law Mary Heyden; her sister Olga Hindinger; and her sisters-in-law, Louisa Heyden and Lynn Whitlatch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Parish (1263 Shannon Ave, Barberton, OH 44203). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (200 College St, Wadsworth, OH 44281).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Maria's name may be made to Prince of Peace Parish.
