She was predeceased by : her son Jeffrey; and her sister Lucille Millican. She is survived by : her husband Okey L.; her daughters, Cindy Hayworth (Richard) and Cathy Brescilli (Perry); and her grandchildren, Bradley Hunsicker (Bekey), Jeremy Hayworth (Becky), Mario Brescilli (Alex), Andrew Hayworth (Jessica), Meredith Bement (Josh) and Gina Brescilli. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
