He is survived by : his former life partner Tara Costanzo (Marcum); his children, Nikole Kennedy (Bo), Dakota Rice (Cody) and Colton Costanzo (Emily); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Robert, Everett, Avery, Marshall, Casen and Rice; and his siblings, Martina Costanzo, Chuck Costanzo (Diana) and Marita Mudd.
