She is survived by: her son Douglas B. Cook (Gina); her granddaughters, Jenny Bingham (Chris) and Kimberly Devries; and her siblings, Zelma Miller (Steve), Thelma Powell, Billy Wyrick (Pat), Johnnie Wyrick (Brenda) and Bea Wyrick. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
