He was predeceased by: his mother Linda. He is survived by: his daughter Kylie Rose Ocepek; his fiancée Nikki Dorco; his father Michael W.; and his siblings, Eric (Michelle) and Jaime Iceman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
