He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Coon and Evona Gay Coon; his wife Catherine Coon; his brother Kenneth Coon; and his children, Evonna Krunich and Michael Coon Jr..
He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Stalnaker and Susie Easterling; his children, Nathan Talbot, Leonard Coon (Amanda), Stephen Coon (Jessica), Mary Coon and Sarah Easterling; and his daughter-in-law Julie Coon. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Johnson United Methodist Church (3409 Johnson Rd, Norton, OH 44203).
