Nelva Watts Obituary

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Nelva leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Foust and Nelva Foust; and her daughter Mary Ruckman. She is survived by: her husband Zeno Watts; her children, David E. Ruckman II (Kristen), Michael L. Ruckman (Cindy), John K. Ruckman (Tami) and Joyce A. House; and her brother John Foust (Lynn). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other friends and family.
